During refurbishment in 2004, the old parapet devices in the four-floor office building were replaced with Rio-Therm. Heating, cooling, ventilation, along with power current and low voltage installations for the offices are integrated with the device. The fact that the complete system was manufactured and fitted by a single company, Erich Keller, drastically reduced fitting times. Basler + Hofman, leading building technology engineers, are really excited about the system.
